Shipping Policy

Thank you for considering Hair All Down My Back, LLC healthy haircare products.  For your convenience, all orders are online only.

Before placing your order  be sure to confirm all items selected are correct as items confirmed cannot be added or deleted from your order after submission.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for hair care products. Returns will not be accepted no refunds issued due to allergy sensitivities, reactions or fragrance intolerances as we here at Hair All Down My Back have fully disclosed our haircare products are handmade naturally. 

All sales are final. 

In addition, any unopened packages must have the required certification of "items refused" given by the United States Parcel Service. Shipping costs are non-refundable on returned packages. 

We use PayPal for payment but a Paypal account is not required to place an order.

The billing and/or shipping address you enter online is the exact address that we will use for both. Please be sure to check and double check that shipping and billing information is correct prior to final submission of order. Once orders are submitted changes cannot be made. 

If you've entered an incorrect address after your package has shipped, a reshipment fee will be allocated. 

Here at Hair All Down My Back,LLC we do all we can to make your online purchasing experience an enjoyable one. We also do our best to ship our hair care products within a timely manner. 

Allow up to 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday not to include Holidays) for turnaround time as all Hair All Down My Back products are handmade specifically for you from the best ingredients. 

Our products are made with care and our desire is to produce a quality hair care system to suit all hair textures. 

USPS is our carrier. The shipping fee quoted for your order is the precise amount for your order and is determined solely by USPS for your package to be delivered to your location. 

USPS Priority Mail shipments will take 1-3 business days to reach it's destination. Your order can be tracked by a confirmation tracking email that will be sent to you via USPS.com within 24-48 hours after shipping. Please be sure to check your junk mail if confirmation email is not received.  We are not responsible for items lost or stolen.
